Dj Fresh

Augusto Penna, aka DJ Freshh, classe 1977, ha dedicato la sua vita alla musica, clubber incallito dal 1994. E, come ama dire lui stesso, "prima di tutto, per sempre, un clubber".

Cresciuto frequentando le feste dello storico collettivo napoletano United Tribes, nei primi anni 2000 fonda il suo primo party, Electrocasbah, e nel 2008 dà vita a WOO!, evento iconico della scena napoletana, con residenze anche a Londra, Berlino e nel leggendario Pikes di Ibiza.

Da sempre a stretto contatto con la musica, ha prediletto suonare soprattutto in after hours e situazioni private. Nel 2021, a causa della defezione di un artista, si ritrova a suonare a una serata Woo! al Pikes e da allora diventa Resident del suo stesso party, dove non aveva mai suonato prima, con un appuntamento mensile.

Amante della trasversalità e dei DJ capaci di spaziare tra generi e mondi diversi, nei suoi set è possibile ascoltare di tutto: dalla house alla disco, passando per il funk e l’electro.

È anche producer insieme all’artista Packim, con cui pubblica sotto lo pseudonimo Freshim. Inoltre, è direttore artistico di Naturalis Fest e fondatore dell’etichetta Edita insieme a Stereocalyps.

Augusto Penna aka Dj Freshh, born in 1977, a life dedicated to music, a hardened clubber since 1994. And, in his own words, "a clubber first and foremost forever".

After growing up at the parties of the legendary Neapolitan group United Tribes, in early 2000 he founded his first party, Electrocasbah, and in 2008 he founded WOO!, an iconic Neapolitan party with residencies in London, Berlin and the legendary Pikes in Ibiza.

Always in contact with music, he has mainly loved playing in after hours and in private situations. In 2021, due to the defection of an artist, he played at a Woo! party at Pikes and since then he has become Resident of his party, where he has never played over the years, once a month. Always a lover of transversality, of DJs who take flights of fancy and range from one universe to another, in his sets it is possible to listen to everything from house to disco, passing through Funk or electro.

Producer with the artist Packim with whom he releases under the name Freshim. He is also the artistic director of Naturalis Fest and owner of the Label Edita with Stereocalyps.
