Alterare la percezione visiva attraverso suggestioni e richiami ad atmosfere che ricordano un sentimento lontano è quello che cerca di proporre Vj Nur con i suoi set dove unisce l’arte contemporanea a impressioni e ricordi personali, portando sullo schermo riferimenti di ogni tipo che viaggiano nell’ etno-spazio attraversando sfere naturali, artificiali e culturali.

Dopo 7 anni di dietro le quinte Vj Nur esce sul palco. Dal 2018 entra a far parte del team di Flyer con cui organizzerà i più grandi festival dedicati alle Audio Visual Digital Arts a Roma (LPM, Live Cinema Festival e Fotonica) e conoscerà i più grandi artisti della scena mondiale.

Ampliando sempre più l’interesse verso queste forme espressive si interroga sul rapporto uomo/media portando avanti una ricerca che la spinge ad apprendere in modo pratico le tecniche per creare digitalmente visual, approfondendone l’aspetto performativo, una forma di espressione che cerca di dare una riflessione estetica sul mondo che ci circonda in cui l’audio-video è diventato il media più diffuso nella comunicazione di tutti i giorni e alla portata di tutti.

Altering visual perception through suggestions and evocations of atmospheres that recall distant feelings is what VJ Nur seeks to propose with her sets, where she blends contemporary art with personal impressions and memories, bringing to the screen references of all kinds that travel through the ethno-space, crossing natural, artificial, and cultural spheres.

After seven years behind the scenes, VJ Nur steps onto the stage. Since 2018, she has been part of the Flyer team, with whom she has organized the largest festivals dedicated to Audio Visual Digital Arts in Rome (LPM, Live Cinema Festival, and Fotonica), meeting the most prominent artists on the global scene.

With a growing interest in these expressive forms, she questions the relationship between humans and media, carrying out research that drives her to practically learn the techniques for creating visuals digitally, deepening the performative aspect. This form of expression aims to offer an aesthetic reflection on the world around us, where audio-video has become the most widespread medium in everyday communication, accessible to everyone.
